About me
Rachelle has spent more than 30 years in education, with the last half of her career immersed in the transformative work of Project Based Learning. One of her proudest accomplishments was designing a K–12 PBL pathway in her home district, a systems-level effort she affectionately calls her “third child.”In 2020, she transitioned from the classroom to adult learning, bringing her practical experience and steady leadership to educators across the country. As Director of Training at Magnify Learning, she has supported hundreds of teachers and leaders in more than 30 states as they reimagine what school can be.Rachelle is known for blending high expectations with deep care and joy as she helps educators build classrooms where learning feels alive. When she’s not facilitating workshops or coaching educators, you’ll likely find her on a yoga mat, experimenting in the kitchen, or outside soaking up fresh air.
