So, when students come to us with questions about spelling, many of us fall upon the misconception that “English is such a tricky language." The truth is that 97% of words follow a pattern of rules. When teachers understand these rules, we are better equipped to support our students. Teachers of all grade levels and subject areas will leave this session with a deeper understanding of spelling rules and resources to support their students.
