About me
I am just finishing my 20th year in education. I was a HS PE teacher/Varsity Baseball Coach/JH Volleyball coach for most of my career, with some basketball mixed in early for the first 15 years of my educational career. I am one of the few people who got to end their coaching career with a state championship in 2025. The past four have been in administration (3 years as Miller JH/HS Asst Principal/AD, 1 year as the Billings Elementary Principal). My journey has led to many highs and lows, I enjoy now getting to talk about those and how one specific tragedy in 2021 (2 player suicides in 2 months) effected not only me as a person, but how I treat my students and people I work with. In my spare time I do speaking engagements for a non-profit called Athletes Against Anxiety and Depression.
