2026 GOCSD Innovation Summit

In this workshop, teachers will learn how to build and maintain a truly student-led classroom. When run correctly, the facilitator's main focus shifts to the following: 1:Maintain positive relationships with students 2:Maintain a relevant & rigorous curriculum 3:Give introductions to keep students excited about the content 4:Digitally record grades 5:Ensuring the classroom is well-stocked and students are kept safe. Teachers will leave the workshop with detailed student job descriptions, rubrics, and other digital resources to speed up implementation.
