ADHD is not a behavior problem, it’s an executive functioning challenge. In this session, educators will gain a clear understanding of how the ADHD brain works and why traditional strategies often fall short. Participants will learn practical, classroom-ready interventions that support focus, task completion, and independence. This session will also reframe common 504 accommodations into more effective, brain-based approaches that align with how students with ADHD actually function.
